  • Service Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase and before work has commenced
  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe
  • Technical Issues: Significant problems we cannot resolve within 30 days
  • Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

Non-Refundable

  • Completed and delivered services
  • Custom development work already started
  • Digital products that have been accessed
  • Subscription fees for elapsed periods

Refund Process

  2. Include order number, date of purchase, and reason
  3. We review within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refund processed within 10-14 business days
