- Service Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase and before work has commenced
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe
- Technical Issues: Significant problems we cannot resolve within 30 days
- Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
Non-Refundable
- Completed and delivered services
- Custom development work already started
- Digital products that have been accessed
- Subscription fees for elapsed periods
Refund Process
- Email info@moyduz.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include order number, date of purchase, and reason
- We review within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refund processed within 10-14 business days
